Ambassadors or Artists who would like to sign up for special event work shifts - these links are for you.  We also welcome others from the community who might be interested in volunteering for these available Special Event opportunities.

Art @ The Market - Sunday Mornings

We need 2 Volunteers for Art @ The Market, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, most Sundays through April.  You'll be assisting with art projects for children, which will also be supervised by one or more parents.

Desert Baroque Concert Series

We need 2 Volunteers for the Baroque Concert Series - on each of 5 different Friday evenings (Dec 2, Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 3, and March 31).  You will be assisting with set-up and take-down - an ability to move chairs and tables will be required.  Your time commitment is from 4 pm to 9 pm, but the actual work time is only 2 hours, and you get free admission to the concert!  The work schedule is as follows:

  • 4 to 5 pm - set-up

  • 5 to 7 pm - break (you are free to leave for dinner)

  • 7 to 8:15 pm - concert (you'll have free admission)

  • 8:15 to 9 pm - take-down

- 4 Volunteers for the Opening Reception on Saturday, April 29, from 5 pm - 7 pm (for check-in, watching the doors)

- NOTE: Art Intake not needed for this particular show.

FUN+GAMES Art Show & Sale

MAY 25 - JUNE 25, 2023


- 4 Volunteers for Art Intake on Monday, May 22nd, 9 am to 11 am
