The Artists Council has several upcoming exhibitions with overlapping submission periods. You can refer to the different prospectuses for each exhibition here:

The 2021 Annual Holiday Squares virtual exhibition and sale will be previewed December 6 and 7, with work on sale from 9:00 am on December 8 through 6:00 pm on December 11. Again this year, we have asked our members to create and donate 8”x8” works of art to this fundraising effort -- the proceeds from the sales help fund AC programs and exhibitions. The submission period for Holiday Squares 2021 is now ended.  Be sure to return to check out the preview on December 6 and 7!

The 2022 Artists Council Exhibition (ACE) will take place from February 11 through March 27, 2022. This juried exhibition will be presented in person at the Artists Center at the Galen and also in a virtual gallery.  You must be a member of the Artists Council to apply. Members are invited to submit their new work between now and the deadline of Friday, December 10, 2021, by 10:59 pm PST. Entries are to be submitted through CaFE, an online call management system used by arts organizations and artists across the U.S. The entry fee is $40 per submission and you may enter up to two different works, each with its own separate CaFE application and fee -- but only one artwork per artist will be selected for the exhibition. Monetary prizes will be awarded.

Note: If you are entering two artworks, you need to fill out two separate applications and pay two separate entry fees of $40 (in other words, $80 total).

If you are a 3D artist, or if you feel that your 2D work is best represented with a second image, then you can consider providing a second “detailed” view of one particular work in a single application.
