Dear Artists Council members, family, and friends,
It has been a wonderful and creative first season at the Artists Center at the Galen. From exceptional AC member exhibitions, concerts, a book launch, and great receptions, to a very successful Community Sunday, there were so many great events for Coachella Valley residents and visitors to enjoy!

Needless to say, our volunteers have done a super job in helping to facilitate all the activities. Not only can we not thank them enough, we need to give them a break!

With that in mind -- as well as needing to attend to repairs and improvements at the Artists Center -- we have decided to close the building starting Monday, June 27, reopening Wednesday September 14. During this time, the Board and staff will be working on a host of exhibitions and programs for the ’22-‘23 season, including our "Hot Times-Cool Art" POP-UP Show and Sale (Sept 14 - Oct 16) and then our fall juried show, ¡Community! Exhibition and Sale (Oct 20 - Nov 20).
